Who we are

MNK Homes is a general contractor and custom home builder in Central New York, focused on Skaneateles and the Finger Lakes Region. Run by Nick Huss, a Marcellus native who has built quality homes here for over 13 years, local expertise and attention to detail is at the core of our work, and is the reason customers come back again and again. With a team of 5 skilled craftsman and the ability to manage multiple projects fluidly, MNK Homes handles the majority of the projects themselves, only using subcontractors when absolutely needed.
